SOFCAR information system is designed to support the work of Sofia Municipality with geospatial data in making management decisions related to planning and spatial planning, management of municipal property.
SOFCAR is installed and supports the activities of:
- All departments of SM, including the Architecture and Urban Spacial Development Service
- The district administrations of SM
- The administration of the Municipal Council of Sofia
- Certified persons
